Our range of loans include all conventional, government insured and construction loans for the new home buyer, and secondary markets with sub-prime lending for borrowers with credit problems or financial limitations, as well as many different refinancing options. Stacey Ramage, Loan Processor
Stacey has been in the business for over eleven years and we have been working together for the past 3 years. Her primary role is to process the loans that I give her after I approve them. Clients will hear from her by phone, mail or both, she makes sure all of the documentation needed to approve and close the loans are in order. Stacey services my clients by paying attention to detail and submitting complete loan packages to the lender for the quickest approval possible. Stacey has several years of experience processing Conventional, FHA, VA loans and is an important asset to my team. Stacey resides in Edgemere, Md with her husband and two children.

I have been in the mortgage business for over 3 years now and I have had over 150 successful transactions. Working with over 70 lending institutions, several financial planners, lawyers and real estate agents allows me to find the best loan program for each of my client’s specific needs. I am currently licensed in 13 states and over 70% of my business comes from referrals. I graduated from Wheeling Jesuit University in 1996 and reside in Bel Air, Md with my wife, Alison of almost 9 years and have two wonderful children, Autumn (age 3) and Owen (4 months).
